Mission: We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Analysis Engineer with expertise in composite materials and Aeronautical structures to join our team. You will play a key role in the finite element analysis of lightweight, high-performance airframes for Unmanned Aerial Systems. What will be your responsibilities: Perform advanced structural analysis (static, fatigue and loads analysis) of composite structures usingfinite element methods. Validate and optimize structural designs to support high-precision systems. Support structural sizing and optimization of airframe components for weight, stiffness and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to integrate analysis results into practical engineering solutions. Contribute to conceptual design and feasibility studies, ensuring structural integrity from initial concept through to final validation. Profile and requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering Extensive experience in structural analysis and computational modelling of composite Aerospace or Motorsport structures Proficiency with FEA Tools (Abaqus, Nastran, ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc) Strong understanding of static, loads and FD&T analysis Experience with Aerospace, Defence or Motorsportrelated projects Knowledge of Structural Design for UAVs or light aircraft (preferable) Familiarity with CAD integration between analysis and design environments (e.g. CATIA, Solidworks, Siemens NX).
