Part-Time IT Office & Admin Coordinator (Harrow) – finance, vendor & sales support (IT reseller sector)
Location: Harrow, London (office-based)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week (2–3 hours per morning, Mon–Fri)
Salary: £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business. You will be responsible for financial administration, supplier and client communication, sales support, and general office management. You will also be the first point of contact for calls and queries, keeping our systems, processes, and office running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing Daily
* Answering and redirecting inbound calls in a professional manner
* Processing supplier invoices (AP), reconciling, and logging payments
* Raising and issuing customer invoices, supporting credit control
* Managing supplier and manufacturer relationships, renewals, and accreditations
* Supporting sales administration: quotations, order entry, CRM updates
* Tracking contract renewal dates and proactively flagging deadlines
* Keeping office systems, files, equipment, and stock organised and tidy
* Assisting with initial HR administration (holiday logs, staff files, onboarding docs)
* Supporting website content updates and basic social media scheduling
* Preparing short daily/weekly updates for the Director
* Taking on ad hoc projects and "getting stuck in" where needed
Minimum Experience Required
* 2+ years office-based administration experience within an IT reseller, distributor, or manufacturer environment
* 2+ years financial admin (AP, AR, invoicing, renewals, reconciliations)
* 2+ years in sales support / PA / executive assistant roles
* Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
* Proven experience answering and handling business calls professionally

* PA-like skills — proactive, detail-oriented, able to prioritise and pre-empt needs

* Based locally to Harrow and available every weekday morning
Compensation & Benefits
* £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (DOE)
* Guaranteed 10–15 hours per week (scope to increase as role grows)
* Holiday entitlement: 20 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)
