About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely from anywhere within the UK. Key Objectives

* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insightful solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sources.
Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
* Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations for diverse audiences.
* Identify key metrics and develop KPIs to measure business performance.
* Work closely with IT and business units to implement data-driven strategies.
* Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
* Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities effectively.
