As a Senior Associate, you'll take ownership of large-scale design delivery, support business growth, and play a central role in shaping the team's technical excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading high-value projects and managing client expectations throughout delivery.
Creating initial technical concepts and ensuring all designs meet required standards.
Taking responsibility for technical accuracy, delivery quality and team performance.
Coaching and developing junior staff, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Contributing to bids and promoting the full range of mechanical engineering services.
Managing project budgets, monitoring resources and reporting to senior leadership.
Seeking opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
Strong background in Mechanical Engineering with consultancy experience In-depth understanding of HVAC and wider mechanical services.
Comfortable working with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
Experienced user of Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Knowledgeable in British Standards and the interaction of related disciplines.
