Events Coordinator (Administrator) – London / Hybrid – Contract until end of 2025

HSBC Innovation Bank are looking for an Events Coordinator (Administrator) to join their team in London. The Events Coordinator (Administrator) will provide critical and wide-ranging support to the events function without HSBC Innovation Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
* Contract management with key suppliers
* Invoice management – uploading invoices to our in-house portal, raising the necessary accompanying POs, tracking the status of invoices, working with internal procurement teams where necessary
* Venue sourcing alongside our third-party agency
* Venue booking confirmations both internally and externally
* Speaker and attendee changes
* Name badge creation and distribution
* Management of in-house events cupboard
* Coordination of Monday.com events board
Requirements
* An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
* Strong organization and time management skills
* An ability to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of HINV bank operations and products
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
