Production Administrator

Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Administrator on behalf of our client based in West Thurrock. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment where you will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring accurate reporting and stock control.
The Production Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the production team, ensuring plant activity records are accurately maintained and reporting requirements are met. This role is central to maintaining smooth day-to-day site operations.
You will work closely with the Site Manager and Facilities Manager, supporting stock control, production reporting, and general site administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Plant/Site Manager
* Maintain production stock control and complete daily activity reports
* Carry out daily production and sales reconciliations
* Complete daily production and stock reconciliation reports for clients
* Enter stock receipts accurately into Sage
* Produce weekly production reports
* Monitor bulk stock levels and arrange ordering when required
* Complete weekly and monthly reporting spreadsheets
* Pre-order plant raw materials and fuel requirements
* Raise purchase orders for site administrative needs, including office supplies and stationery
* Provide general administrative support as required by site management
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role within a production or industrial environment is desirable
* Experience using Sage (or similar accounting/stock systems)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident with spreadsheets and reporting (Excel proficiency preferred)
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Professional and proactive approach
