Our portfolio is handpicked — no copy-paste lists, no corner cutting. We stand out for our exclusive wines, next-day delivery, strong producer partnerships and personal approach to service. Now, we’re growing our footprint in Glasgow and the West and deepening our reach in Edinburgh and the East. That’s where you come in. The Role We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead the charge in Edinburgh & the East. Your job is to be the face of Tan&Ns on the ground. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Drive new business. Grow and nurture your patch like it’s your own, championing the wineries we proudly represent and launching new wines into the market. You’ll be backed by a passionate team, supportive leadership and a portfolio that opens doors. What You’ll Do Grow our existing customer base with outstanding service and genuine care. Prospect for new accounts — from buzzing city bars and fine-dining restaurants to boutique hotels and multi-site groups. Pitch our unique portfolio with confidence — securing listings that make sense for both the client and our business. Plan and deliver tastings, training sessions and events to engage customers and their teams. Report on your pipeline and performance — clear, honest communication is key. Collaborate closely with our sales manager, marketing, warehouse and logistics teams to turn promises into reality. Use CRM tools to structure your week, track wins and manage your territory like a pro. Stay up to date with trends, meet producers and continue building your wine knowledge. About You Proven B2B sales experience in wine, premium drinks or hospitality. Natural relationship builder who knows how to approach the right people at the right time. Wine knowledge that earns trust — WSET a bonus, curiosity essential. Goal-driven, self-motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves. Highly organised — you can run your diary, structure your days and deliver on targets. Confident communicator — spoken and written. Based in or near Glasgow or Edinburgh, with a driving licence and flexibility to travel your patch.
