Acts as the primary product specialist, providing training, technical support, and guidance to ensure dealers are equipped to promote and service the brand effectively. Coordinates orders and shipments, ensures adherence to brand guidelines, supports aftermarket services, and maintains up-to-date product knowledge to deliver high-quality customer and dealer support. Job Description Main Purpose of Job Increase the sales of New Heli Equipment to our dealer network Achieve and where possible exceed agreed sales targets Where required also sell Used equipment to our dealer network With the Head of Dealer Sales & Product Management – Heli identify, target and look to recruit additional dealers. Act as a product specialist to the dealers, offering support that can include, but not be limited to, product training, on-site specification support and advice on the latest products Ensure own knowledge of the Heli brand and its products and services is always up to date In conjunction with colleagues grow the sales of other items to the dealer network, for example parts and short-term rental Produce a business plan for the Heli Range of Product Distribution to the dealer network To support the Dealer Network with timely and accurate information with regards to Truck sales and associated offerings. Coordinate Orders and shipments in order to meet customer expectations. Work with the Aprolis UK processes and policies to ensure maximum efficiencies. To ensure that Dealers follow Brand Guidelines as issued and that products are promoted pro-actively. To ensure that Dealers participate in Engineer training programmes and to ensure the service and parts support they provide for the product is of the highest standard. To provide support to the Dealer Network in the Aftermarket areas to ensure the smooth running of Warranty processes and Technical Support.
