Description Strategic Contracts Manager | 9961 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £56,912 to £62,618 per annum (Grade M) | County Hall, Norwich The Highway Services team are looking for a further Strategic Contracts Manager (SCM) role to complement the existing SCM role. You will also be required to assist with the management of the existing strategic contracts and provide advice, guidance and support to the Assistant Director Highway Services and the wider highways teams in their interaction with consultants and contractors. The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge of NEC Term Service Contracts and will have proven financial management experience. In addition, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential to navigate complex contractual matters. You will hold HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or an acceptable equivalent technical subject or previous experience in a similar role.
