Key Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring extra help
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
* Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
* Participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings as needed
Requirements
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
* Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to working with students
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (beneficial but not essential)
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
