Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for supporting brokers and executives in managing client accounts, preparing documentation, liaising with insurers, and ensuring the smooth delivery of insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of client accounts across various sectors
* Prepare and process insurance documentation and renewals
* Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate terms
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Deliver exceptional client service and respond to queries promptly
* Support senior brokers in complex risk placements
What They’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an insurance account handling or broking role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* A proactive mindset with attention to detail
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and insurance systems (desirable)
