Our client, a reputable company within the rail sector, is currently seeking an experienced Rail Surveyor for a long-term contract based in Scotland. This opportunity is outside IR35 and focuses on projects within the railway infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Conducting surveys for lineside civils, OLE (Overhead Line Equipment), and E&P (Electrification & Plant) projects Utilising GPS and modern surveying equipment to gather precise data Processing and interpreting survey data for use by both design and construction teams Collaborating with other professionals and teams to ensure accurate project delivery Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety standards and regulations Job Requirements: Experience in railway infrastructure projects Proficiency in using and processing data from GPS and modern surveying equipment PTS Civils - Surveyor qualification Must hold a valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certificate and a full UK driving license Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Capability to work independently and as part of a team If you have a background in rail surveying and are looking for a challenging contract role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
