Technical Support Analyst - What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation where necessary.
Troubleshoot technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and contribute to root cause analysis.
Maintain and manage security reference data to ensure platform accuracy and compliance.
Produce detailed reports following production incidents to support operational continuity.
Contribute to automation and scripting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a STEM related subject.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Scripting experience - ideally Python Scripting experience.
relational database experience (including SQL).
Familiarity with trading systems, FIX Protocol, and the technical landscape of trading software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
