Job Title: Sales Estimator/Construction Graduate
Location: Cookstown
Reporting To: Office Manager
Job Purpose: To provide accurate and timely pricing information to customers and support the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and log customer enquiries
* Produce accurate quotations using internal systems
* Support sales team with estimating activities
* Maintain and update pricing schedules
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
* Carry out general administrative support tasks
* Maintain product knowledge to ensure accurate estimating
* Support quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 and related certifications)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Administrative experience in a busy environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Positive and proactive attitude
