This is a rare opportunity to work closely with major institutional clients on complex investment, development, and portfolio transactions, combining top-tier work with a collaborative and supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing Handling high-quality transactional work ( acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management for a major institutional landlord client) Managing varied and engaging matters ( drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary documents, dealing with management applications, and supporting wider real estate transactions) Collaborating within a national team (w orking alongside highly regarded partners and associates across the UK) Building deep client relationships ( acting as a key contact for a major long-term client, gaining unique exposure to strategic portfolio work and developing in-depth sector understanding) About You Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial or transactional real estate Experience acting for institutional, investor, or developer clients preferred What’s on Offer High-quality, complex real estate transactions for blue-chip client Reduced hours model and flexible working options, including hybrid or remote arrangements
