Office Angels are seeking a temporary Customer Service Specialist to work for one of the Worlds largest producers of spirits.\n\nYou will be based in their stunning modern, luxury head office based near Oxford Street who has their own luxury bar based in central London. We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Customer Service Specialist with a leading organisation in the spirits industry!\n\nPosition Details:\n\nContract Type: Temporary ( 3 months)\nStart date: ASAP\nLocation: London W1 - Hybrid/Flex - 4 days in the office and working Fridays from home\nWorking Pattern: Full Time (flex working hours)\nHourly Rate: £16.40 per hour \n\nWhy You Should Apply:\n\nAt our client, we believe in the power of great people to build great brands. Your exemplary customer care and passion for service delivery will help us maintain our commitment to excellence.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nLead Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and manage complaints while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.\nEfficient Order Management: Process and manage orders through SAP, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.\nSupport the Sales Team: Provide essential information on customers, discounts, and stock situations to aid sales efforts.\nCollaborate with Logistics: Work alongside logistics providers and internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery and effective credit control.\nCustomer Setup: Manage new customer onboarding in Salesforce and collaborate with the master data team in SAP.\nAssist in Product Allocation: Help manage customer product distribution and participate in projects aimed at enhancing service quality.What You Bring:\n\nExperience: Ideally, 1 year in a fast-paced order fulfilment environment.\nCommunication Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.\nDetail-Oriented: An eye for detail and data accuracy, along with strong problem-solving abilities.\nTech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn SAP and Salesforce.\nAdaptability: Flexible and resilient with superb time management skills.\nTeam Spirit: A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to overcoming challenges. \n\nWhat Makes You Unique:\n\nExperience with SAP 4 Hana or similar ERP systems is a plus but not essential\nExperience in B2B Customer service\nBackground in Wines & Spirits or FMCG is preferred but not essential \nExposure to UK Supply Chain or working with outsourced 3PL providers would be advantageous.\nAbility to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive pay plus holiday pay reflecting individual and company performance.\nA supportive and inclusive culture that values diversity.\nOpportunities for personal and professional growth.\nPremium employee benefits that cater to our diverse workforce.
