Job Title: Assistant Manager (FTC) Location: Liverpool Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum Bonus Role Overview The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, building relationships within the community, and with residents, fire safety, health and safety and overall administration. Operational Performance – Supporting the onsite team and entire operations at the development Customer Services – Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner Building Maintenance / Health & Safety – Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are adhered to Marketing & Asset Performance – Understand and oversee the void unit process, ensuring minimum turnaround timeframes.
