Job Description:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled maintenance supervisor to join our prestigious riverside hotel and spa in beautiful Cornwall NEAR FALMOUTH.
What we offer:

The role:
3. Plumbing.
4. Basic electrical work.
5. Carpentry and joinery.
6. Painting and decorating.
7. Pool//spa plant knowledge.
8. Grounds and external maintenance experience.
9. Fire safety checks & emergency lighting tests.
10. Legionella flushing routiness.
11. Supporting compliance testing.
12. To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
13. Using IT systems as required including the LogIt app.
14. All other duties as required.
Requirements:
15. Maintenance experience.
16. Full UK driving licence.
