The Hub @ Toothill CIC is at a historic turning point. We are transforming the former Village Tavern into a vibrant, inclusive home for connection, and our success depends entirely on the people—staff, volunteers, and leaders—who bring this mission to life.
As our HR Board Director, you will be the strategic architect of our culture. This isn't just about policies; it's about ensuring we attract and support a diverse team aligned with our values of inclusion and community empowerment. From workforce planning for our lean startup phase to leading on safeguarding and volunteer journeys, you will ensure the Hub is safe, compliant, and built to thrive for generations.
