Position:
We believe our customers have the right to live in a safe home, maintained by our BCHA Repairs Department. It is essential that all repairs issues are resolved quickly and to the highest standard. Our aim is to deliver a “quality repair, right first time” service to our customers and maintain their home.
We are recruiting for a Customer focused Works Planner to join our small repairs team based at our office in Bournemouth. The team provides an efficient, knowledgeable and professional administrative support for all matters relating to property maintenance and general repairs.

* take customer calls and ask detailed diagnostic questions to correctly understand what work is required.
