Loyalty Manager
Up to £45,000 | Full-Time
Are you passionate about cosmetics and customer retention? We’re looking for a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead and evolve a loyalty strategy, drive customer engagement and lifetime value for a fast-growing cosmetics brand. With exciting growth happening across customer and digital functions, this is a fantastic time to join the team and play a key role in shaping how we connect with and retain our customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and optimise loyalty and CRM programmes
* Create targeted campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchase
* Use insights and data to improve customer segmentation and engagement
* Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams
What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing loyalty or CRM programmes, ideally in beauty, fashion, or FMCG
* Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or another ESP
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
* Data-driven mindset with a creative flair
