Benefits: * Days role Mon-Fri * Overtime available * Flexible working available * On-site parking * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension scheme Remit: * As a Toolmaker you will be responsible for the repair & service of injection moulding tools, responsible for the on-time delivery of tooling to the quality expected by the company. * You will be involved in the manufacture and modification of injection mould tools in a modern and well equipped toolroom, with Hurco machining centres, Sodick Wire eroders, Sodick CNC Spark eroders, Jones & Shipman surface grinders, in house design using Pro Engineer and CAM programming using Powermill Role: * Use of manual milling machines * Use of lathes * Use of surface and cylindrical grinders * Use of manual and CNC spark eroders * Use of CNC wire eroder * Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools * Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools * Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders * Experience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fitting * Wiring of Hot runner systems and fault finding * Assist the Production Team in trouble shooting tooling and moulding faults...
