About the Role
We are seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join our Early Years team, reporting to the Curriculum Manager of Health, Early Years, Access and Distance Learning.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to a high standard.
* Design schemes of work, produce high‑quality learning materials and assignments.
* Provide constructive feedback through both formative and summative assessments.
* Act as a personal tutor, offering educational advice and guidance to support student progress.
* Supervise placements and educational visits, assisting with student recruitment and marketing activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues and employers to review and develop the curriculum.
* Participate in team meetings, professional development, and evaluation of teaching and learning.
Qualifications
Dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for education, possessing the skills, knowledge, and drive to inspire and support the next generation of childcare professionals.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday 8:30‑17:00 and Friday 8:30‑16:30.
