The role
Administrator / Personal Assistant Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Administrator / Personal Assistant to join their team in Charlbury, Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a diverse and hands-on position, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and professional environment. Combining administration, PA support, office coordination, and event assistance, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior management whilst acting as a central point of contact for visitors, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Due to the nature of the position, professionalism, discretion, and excellent organisational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming emails and telephone calls, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and directed appropriately. Acting as a central point of contact across the office, providing a welcoming and professional service. Overseeing daily footfall on-site, including: Members of the public Contractors Tenants Coordinating and managing keys for tenants and contractors. Escorting visitors and contractors around the site when required. Providing day-to-day administrative and Personal Assistant support to senior management. Assisting with event planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. Supporting operational tasks and helping to maintain an organised and efficient office environment. Building positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience within an Administration and/or Personal Assistant position. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with people at all levels. A professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach. The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment. A proactive, flexible, and hands-on attitude. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of work. Location: Charlbury, Oxfordshire Contract: 6-Month Temporary Contract (Potential for Extension) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour (Weekly Pay) If you're looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
