About the Role
As an HR Services Data Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of monthly HR processes, including input into Business World. You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR queries, supporting colleagues across the organisation with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input monthly HR data into Business World under the guidance of the HR Services Team Leader
* Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
* Support HR projects and participate in system testing
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies
* Collaborate with teams such as payroll, pensions, and workforce data
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience in customer service and working with systems
* Understanding of payroll and pension processes
Desirable:
* Working towards a CIPD qualification
* Knowledge of HR administration and its impact across teams

Salary: The salary band for this role is £28,792 - £31,022 per annum. The starting salary is £28,792 with annual progression through the salary bands.
