Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support our marketing campaigns, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth coordination within our Marketing team.
This role involves supporting marketing activities by managing key administrative tasks, supporting team members, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Asset Management: Maintain and organize the digital marketing asset and printed collateral library, ensuring easy access to up-to-date materials.
2. Translations: Coordinate and manage translation of marketing materials to support global campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
3. Sales Support: Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral such as business cards, brochures, branded items, and training materials.
4. Contacts: Support CRM and email marketing activities by preparing contact lists, uploading content, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and workflows for efficiency.
6. Project Coordination: Track and manage timelines for marketing deliverables, helping team members meet deadlines.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital asset management systems, or CMS platforms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello).
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and a willingness to learn.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach.
