Are you an organised and proactive Office Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity?

Our brand new client, a stone’s throw from Stamford and Peterborough, are currently recruiting a part time office manager to work 25 hours per week Monday – Friday. Ideally you will work 9.30am – 2.30pm, but there is some flexibility regarding hours. This is a fully office based role.

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and a key role in the organisation. This will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, supporting staff, managing systems and resources and helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment:-

1. Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office, improving procedures and processes.
2. HR administration and related duties
3. Arranging meetings, events and generation of internal communications
4. Provide support the management team / directors and the business with administrative tasks.
5. Manage office supplies, systems and equipment needs and requirements gaining best price from suppliers and service providers
6. Ensure regulatory compliance for the organisation

To be considered for the role of Part Time Office Manager you will have:-

7. Previous and recent experience management of a practice or office ideally within a professional services environment
8. You will thrive on working as part of a team with a proactive and flexible nature to meet business needs.
9. Will have exceptional organisation and multitasking skills and will be highly confidential.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. PC literacy in in Office365 and the ability to learn new software and systems

In return, for the role of Part Time Office Manager, you can expect £r hour (£20,150 per annum), 33 days annual leave including public holidays, access to pension, free parking.
