To work as part of a team delivery first class, professional customer service, primarily providing the Council’s 24 hour, 365 days per year contract including CCTV monitoring and response, both during normal working hours and out of hours. You will be responsible for the delivery of an emergency response, action and monitoring function, including CCTV, ensuring a social care focused approach.
You will also work across teams delivering customer services through a diverse range of access channels, including face to face, telephone, intercom, door access control, text and email.
You will also be assisting with St Leger Homes with carrying our duties to support residents with out of hours repairs and arranging for repairs to be carried out.
