Location: Hybrid 2/ 3 days in office per week(must be able to commute to the Birmingham HQ as and when required)
Please be aware this role is a 13 month fix term contract
As a part of RoSPAs Operationsteam, you will play a vital role in helping to achieve this by supporting the day-to-day administration of our fleet, international and e-Learning departments. You will be administering bookings and training courses, practical theory and online based products.In this role you will be responsible for a high level of administrational duties with an accurate eye for detail, good personal skills with an ability to work alone and within a team.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and must hold strong administration experience from previous employment. In addition, the role requires strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to organise and manage time effectively,high attention to detail with ability to meticulously document and understand the process.
Experience of working with a Learning Management System, or within a Health and Safety and or driver training environment would also be an advantage, however full training will be provided.

Five or more GCSEs or equivalent, with English and Maths at C/4 or above
