We’re now looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our growing team in Leeds, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in paid social who thrives on performance, creativity, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Build and test creative ad variations through structured A/B testing to improve performance.
* Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad assets.
* Monitor KPIs closely and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure strong return on ad spend.
* Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and paid media trends.
* Work closely with PR and social teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader brand activity.
* Support in new business pitches and contribute paid media insights.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid social campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, with some experience on LinkedIn.
* Confident analysing data and drawing out strategic recommendations.
* Experience running A/B tests and using insights to iterate and improve performance.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
* Strong verbal and written communication.
* A relevant degree (e.g., marketing, digital media, business, or communications) is desirable.
