Talent Frame are pleased to be working with an established, family run, commercial construction business on the hiring of a Business Development Specialist.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build on their previous sales experience in a role that will allow them to build ownership over their day-to-day sales processes.
The role is hybrid working - 3 days in, 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute our business development and sales strategy - focusing on generating leads for the estimating team
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in commercial property and surveying sectors
Focus on London and South region,
Attend networking events
Achieve monthly KPIs
Experience required:
Experience in a business development role - you must be able to demonstrate the ability to conduct cold calling and emailing, and nurture both potential and existing clients across multiple weeks and months
Experience of selling for or into the construction industry would be advantageous
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and act in a consultative way
Be proactive and thrive on taking ownership and driving results
Have used a CRM system, for recording sales activity
You will need a drivers license and access to your own car
