Acting as a positive role model within the school community
Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies
Creating a safe, encouraging space where students can thrive
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with young people (in schools, sports, youth work, or mentoring)
A confident, calm, and consistent presence
Strong interpersonal skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Someone who young people can connect with and respect
A team player who’s reliable, flexible, and committed
An Enhanced DBS ideally registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
If you're ready to step up and make a difference, we want to hear from you.
