We're working with a fantastic client looking to urgently hire a proactive, people-focused HR Advisor to join their close-knit team.
This is a generalist role, offering end-to-end HR support across the full employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advisory support across a high-volume portfolio.
* Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance.
* Support organisational change (eg TUPE, redundancies, restructures).
* Produce meaningful HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
* Coach and upskill managers on best-practice people management.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven HR Advisory experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Confident handling complex ER cases with a focus on early resolution
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
