Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling engineers and be able to process field service requests efficiently.
Schedule Engineer: Our Service Coordinator will be responsible for identifying suitable engineers and dates to attend site using the service planning system. They will proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner or confirm engineer availability and/or special job queries.
Process Field Service Requests: Using the service planning system, our Service Coordinator will process field service requests from customers. This involves checking availability against customer's requested date and reserving in the service planning system.
Produce Quotations: Our Service Coordinator will produce quotations using SAP, confirming and documenting price and site availability to customers.
Co-ordinate Engineers and Spare Parts: Arranging follow-up meetings for the engineer and any spare parts, ensuring the job is carried out within the timescales established in the Department's performance targets.

* Experience of working in a busy service environment
* Experience of scheduling engineers
* Able to start at short notice
