You will work closely with the Administration Services Manager providing administration leadership, management, training and support to become part of our highly valued Therapy team. The successful candidate will have a positive “can-do” approach and be able to work on their own initiative. You will have excellent organizational and IT skills and be a good communicator both face to face and on the telephone. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with experience of dealing with conflicting demands. You will be an excellent team player and will provide patient coordination and care in ensuring a smooth and efficient pathway for patients navigating through the Therapy services. Detailed job description and main responsibilities To access a number of different electronic systems eg Cerner EPR, Systmone, Compucare etc to ensure that therapy data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner. To use electronic data systems such as e-rostering to produce regular compliance reports for managers eg sickness. To be responsible for ensuring that all staff data is recorded accurately on the Trusts e-roster system, ensuring information is updated in a timely manner, and responding to staff queries/ issues as required.
