As our Ecommerce Photographer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality imagery in line with Urban brand and aesthetic across all product photography for online. The candidate will need to be technically sufficient at setting up varied lighting environments, using flash and continuous lighting, in studio equipment maintenance, guideline adherence and photography capture. You will be working alongside the Ecom Photography Manager, Studio Manager and Styling teams, collectively delivering the Ecom photography in line with the seasonal direction.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Creating Ecom photography in line with the seasonal direction.
* Shooting fashion on model and table top accessories.
* Working with the Photography team to maintain photography equipment.
* Working closely with pre and post production to ensure the schedule is set and imagery is delivered on time.
* Ensuring the photography adheres to the overall brand direction across all product areas.
* Taking responsibility for daily set‑up, including studio lighting and all photography equipment.
* Setting the seasonal direction of the Ecom imagery across WW, MW + HW with the creative team.
* Driving the direction of the photography and operating calmly under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Relevant experience working in an Ecommerce environment.
* Experience in creating online content and file management systems.
* Excellent knowledge of industry‑related software such as Capture One and Photoshop.
* Experience with Canon, Capture One, Profoto and Aperture systems preferred.
* Strong team player, able to work confidently within a team.
* Ability to work well to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Practical thinker and able to take initiative.
* A creative flair with sound attention to detail.
