Responsibilities
* Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to student enrollment.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruitment staff.
* Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment partners locally and overseas.
* Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, open houses, roadshows, and education fairs.
* Monitor recruitment data, conversion rates, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EduTrust, PDPA, and institutional policies.
* Prepare recruitment reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in a Private Education Institution (PEI).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
* Experience managing recruitment teams and external agents.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of the Singapore private education landscape and EduTrust requirements.
* Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
