Where will you be working?
The role of Hire Manager is a unique one within our business. Worcester Branch, located on Mckenzie Way, is one of our successful branches within the Midlands region. The branch has a well-established team of around 23 colleagues, including 3 in the Tool Hire team. We are proud of our safety and audit standards, and you will bring your H&S focus to this role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

What will you be doing?
You will manage all aspects of the Tool Hire operations and team, develop and execute local sales plans, and strive to exceed sales and revenue targets.
Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business will be key.
You will also focus on coaching and developing your team, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring excellent operational standards.
Does this sound like you?
Previous experience in plant/tool hire or knowledge of electrical, petrol, and diesel equipment is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude, initiative, and passion are important.
