We have new and exciting opportunities to support the Annual Physical Health Check service (APHC) across the community mental health localities in Gloucestershire. Three part‑time posts are available.
* Gloucester/FOD – 26.25 hrs (3.5 days)
* Cheltenham / North Cots and Tewkesbury – 15 hrs (2 days)
* Stroud/Cirencester – 15 hrs (2 days)
Role Description
The role provides effective and efficient administrative support to the Annual Physical Health Service Team. The successful applicant will coordinate appointment bookings across the community teams.
It is an ideal opportunity to join the Community Mental Health teams and provide the best care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate appointment bookings of the Annual Physical Health Service across community teams in the allocated locality.
* Project a professional image of the business by demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities.
* Adopt a flexible approach to support team objectives, meeting targets efficiently and within given timescales.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Ensure administrative systems and processes are followed to enable increased efficiency and meet trust targets.
