The Vacancy
Sales Administrator - needed for our Solihull Site.
Please note that this role will involve occasional driving and moving of chassis. A HGV license is desirable but not essential, but you must be happy to occasionally drive large vehicles (training will be provided).

As the Sales Administrator, you will generate and process quotations and specifications, process chassis orders, manage specification changes, and liaise with the engineering department. You will also handle tender submissions and keep framework information/documents up to date. Additionally, you will cover chassis checking and assist with driving when required.
You will also be responsible for:
* Creating quotes and specifications from previous quotes
* Writing correspondence to customers and suppliers
* Tender submissions and maintaining framework documents
* Order processing
* Chassis paperwork and ordering
* Managing production-related questions/support
* Liaising with the engineering department
* Managing master specifications
* Assisting at shows
You will work in the Sales department.
The working hours will reflect those of the Sales Admin team, from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 to 16:30 on Friday, on a rota basis. The total hours are 39.5 per week.
