We are looking for a responsible and reliable Night Porter to join our team. As the Night Porter, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the night, ensuring the security, comfort, and smooth running of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcoming and assisting late arrivals and early departures
2. Carrying out security checks and ensuring guest safety overnight
3. Responding to guest requests and enquiries
4. Setting up for breakfast service and light cleaning duties
5. Setting up and clearing away events including conferences and weddings
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
