Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professionalPatient Care Coordinator to join our busy and supportive practice team.
This is a key patient-facing role, providing front-of-house support and coordinating patient access to clinical services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping ensure they receive timely, safe and appropriate care.
Working Pattern: Part-time 2 days per week Monday and Friday, 08:0018:30
Main duties of the job
Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
Booking, cancelling and managing appointments using EMIS Web
Signposting patients to the most appropriate clinician or service
Managing patient queries and ensuring confidentiality at all times
Supporting clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
Maintaining accurate patient records
