Branch Supervisor - Nottingham (NG7 2PN) - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Nottingham branch you’ll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this branch.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers predominately via phone and email
* Provide advice, information and quotations to maximise sales and margins
* Supervise staff to ensure they are clear on work priorities
* Motivate staff to achieve goals
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm.

* Previous industry or merchant experience is ideal
* Experience in a supervisory/people management position
* Ability and confidence to organise and delegate tasks
* Excellent customer service interaction skills with the ability to build strong relationships
