Responsibilities
* Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities.
* Source logistics solutions (Air/Charter/LCL/FCL/RORO/Breakbulk/Cross-border and Project Cargo) and coordinate with overseas agents.
* Ensure a high level of satisfaction for customers, suppliers, and agents.
* Manage assigned product(s) to maximize economic benefit for the company while enhancing the reputation of the products and suppliers.
* Prepare, present, and discuss quotations for all logistics products with accuracy and within required timelines.
* Conduct market research and communicate market insights and customer feedback to vendors.
* Handle procurement activities, including cost comparisons with suppliers, and compile cost structures and logistics solutions for specific shipments or projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, carrier lines, air agents, and local suppliers.
* Maintain a professional, approachable attitude and remain open to concerns or feedback from customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
