Purpose Job details:
This role involves actively managing Shaw Trust's supply chain partners to ensure they meet their contractual obligations, achieve targets, and comply with regulations.
You will require a robust understanding of supply chain management for end to end provision that has been procured. This role will focus on mobilisation of supply chain partners delivery and then continuous improvement to maximise outcomes and quality of delivery. You will ideally have an understanding of the IPS Fidelity Scale and SEQF Framework.
You will also work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to understand any barriers to delivery of the service and the develop relationships with local VCSE organisations to develop spot purchase suppliers, following Shaw Trust processes for due diligence and supplier set up.
Although this role is homebased it will require regular travel to the Essex area.

1. Demonstrable experience of supply chain management focused on supporting the achievement of high levels of performance, quality and compliance (E)
2. Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development (E)
3. Management experience and understanding of contractual and performance management with the ability to deliver results (E)
4. Experience of successfully delivering an outcome-based or target-driven contract (E)
5. Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards (E)
6. Experience of the application of coaching for performance techniques (E)
7. Experience of driving performance, identifying areas of concern and implementing projects for performance improvement including implementing corrective measures with contracted suppliers leading to desired improvements (E)
