Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be involved in fulfilling essential welfare support for vulnerable adults involved with the homeless/housing/health/benefits systems. You will be expected to undertake tasks relating to supporting community reintegration for service users, including those subject to statutory orders/licences (and including those subject to MAPPA).
