What You'll Do:
* Support young people with SEMH challenges in secondary school settings.
* Work 1:1 or in small groups, and occasionally deliver home-based tuition.
* Encourage emotional growth and academic progress.
* Monitor development and report regularly on student outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
1. Prior school experience in the UK.
2. Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).
3. A minimum of 6 months' experience in a classroom or support role.
