Employment Solicitor (5–6 Years PQE) Location: Leeds (Office-Based) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5–6 years PQE) to join our busy Employment team in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing expert legal support and practical advice to both employer and employee clients. Key Requirements: 5–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law. Strong experience managing a caseload from inception through to resolution, including Employment Tribunal claims. Proven knowledge of key employment law areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing, TUPE, and breach of contract. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts, settlement agreements, and HR documentation. Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Confident in using IT systems and case management software.
