You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of health and safety, environmental compliance, customer service, and operational performance. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week. What are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual with: - Experience working in waste management, logistics, transport, or maintenance in a supervisory role. - Strong health and safety awareness with experience working in safety-critical environments. - Knowledge of operating heavy plant and machinery. - Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others. - Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. - Computer literacy and experience with weighbridge systems (desirable). - A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent time-keeping.
