Contract: Permanent, Term‑time (39 weeks), 37.5 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging, personalised learning to small groups or on a 1:1 basis across hubs within your locality.
* Adapt activities and curriculum content to meet the needs of young people with a wide range of SEN.
* Build positive, nurturing relationships and advocate for learners’ needs.
* Involve learners and their families in planning, decision‑making, and progress reviews.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies to maintain a safe learning environment.
* Support assessments, progress tracking, report writing, and EHCP‑related documentation.
* Work collaboratively with Learning Managers to gather information and maintain accurate records.
* Contribute to curriculum development within your subject area and actively engage in CPD.
* Carry out additional duties reasonable for the role as directed by your line manager.
Please note: This role requires regular travel between sites. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of adapting curriculum and practice for pupils with SEN
* Clear knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* Experience supporting young people with anxiety and diverse learning needs
* Ability to build trust, rapport, and positive relationships
* Understanding of visual and structured teaching strategies
* Creativity, flexibility, resilience, and a solution‑focused mindset
